Rebecca McNabb focuses her estate and trust practice on closely-held businesses and high net worth families who need assistance to minimize estate and gift taxes across generations. Her extensive experience as a trust officer provides a unique perspective that enables her to develop creative and personalized planning for her client.
Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Legal Studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at the University of Tennessee (UT) College of Law, where she focused her studies on estate and tax issues and graduated with a capstone in Estate Planning. Rebecca completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from the University of Alabama, with a focus on estate planning.
Prior to joining Hall, Bloch, Garland & Meyer, Rebecca was VP and Trust Officer with Magnolia Trust Company, where she administered complex trusts for clients across the southeast. Earlier in her career, Rebecca worked for Elder Law of East Tennessee, where she strengthened her passion for utilizing trusts to address complex client issues. Her internships include Hamilton County Chancery Court, the offices of Senator Bob Corker and Senator Lamar Alexander.
