J. Ellsworth Hall IV

Ell practices in the area of civil litigation. Areas of concentration in this field include employment law, commercial litigation, transportation litigation, and railroad law. He also handles personal injury claims. Ell is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial level and appellate courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Supreme Court. Ell is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Macon Bar Association. Ell received his B.A. degree from Furman University. While at Furman, he majored in history and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Alpha Theta academic honor societies. He received his J.D. Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in 1997 and was a recipient of the Corpus Juris Secundum award for academic achievement.
