Eileen Crowley

Eileen Crowley is a member of the litigation section of the firm. She has practiced in the areas of general civil litigation, real estate litigation and transportation related litigation for over forty years. She has major experience in general casualty litigation involving train derailments and collisions, leaking underground storage tanks, toxic tort, product liability, tractor trailer accidents, catastrophic personal injuries and property damage. Eileen also has significant experience in real estate litigation arising from disputes over title/boundaries, title insurance, eminent domain and fiber optic issues. She has tried approximately 100 jury trials.
Eileen is a member of the American and Georgia Bar Associations and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. She is a past president of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and currently serves on the Executive Committee. She also is a member and past president of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. Eileen has been a law clerk on the Court of Appeals for the state of Georgia, served as a faculty member of the Emory University Trial Techniques Program, and a Master in The Bleckley Inn of Court. She has been named as a Georgia Super Lawyer (2005 – 2018). She is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and of the Sacred Heart Basilica parish in Atlanta.
