Boniface Echols joined Hall, Bloch, Garland, & Meyer LLP as Of Counsel in 2021. Boniface is originally from Vienna, Georgia and has been practicing law for 26 years throughout the State of Georgia. He has served clients in a wide range of matters including in the areas of business law, asset/debt management, receiverships, bankruptcy, real estate, contracts, mediation, arbitration, and tort claims.

Boniface has extensive experience in managing the legal interests of individuals and businesses. He has been appointed by courts as a receiver in numerous cases throughout the State Of Georgia. These cases have involved a variety of business entities including: Georgia COAM Class B Master License Holders, Recycling Companies; Automobile Dealers, Medical Offices, Restaurants, Convenience Stores, and a host of other businesses. Boniface has been responsible for managing and overseeing accounts and assets in excess of ten million dollars. His fiduciary responsibilities have included liquidating businesses and managing the daily business operations of companies with over 350 employees.

Boniface also has experience handling civil litigation as a Special Assistant District Attorney.
